Services</h2>\n<p>Green Drive Delivery (GDD) provides transportation of goods using two-wheelers (2W), three-wheelers (3W), four-wheelers (4W), and commercial vehicles, including Packers &amp; Movers and Enterprise logistics services.</p>\n\n<h2>3. Customer Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>Provide accurate goods and delivery address details.</li>\n  <li>Ensure proper and secure packaging.</li>\n  <li>Do not transport prohibited or illegal items.</li>\n  <li>Ensure the receiver is available at the delivery location.</li>\n  <li>Arrange insurance for high-value goods where required.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>4. Prohibited Items</h2>\n<p>The following items are strictly prohibited:</p>\n<p>Explosives, weapons, chemicals, narcotics, illegal goods, cash, jewellery, alcohol, tobacco, animals, government-issued identity documents, and any item prohibited under Indian law.</p>\n\n<h2>5. Pricing &amp; Payment</h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>Prices shown at the time of booking are estimates and may vary based on distance, waiting time, toll charges, or additional services.</li>\n  <li>GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws.</li>\n  <li>Full payment must be completed at the end of the service.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>6. Claims &amp; Liability</h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>Damage or loss claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with valid proof.</li>\n  <li>GDD’s liability is limited to ten (10) times the freight amount or the declared value of the goods, whichever is lower.</li>\n  <li>GDD is not responsible for delays caused by poor packaging, natural disasters, or any indirect or consequential losses.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>7. Cancellation</h2>\n<p>Cancellation after vehicle allocation may attract applicable cancellation charges.</p>\n\n<h2>8. Governing Law</h2>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
